Dear Colleagues:

I would like to invite you to take part in August 16 — 22, 2009 International Algebraic Workshop on “New Algebra-Logical Methods in Solution for Systems of Equations in Algebraic Structures” to be held in Omsk, Russia.

The basic topics that the Workshop will address are:

• Universal algebraic geometry
• Structure of limit algebras and algebra-geometrical boundary
• Statistical aspects of group theory
• Theoretic-modal questions in group theory
• Stochastic models for population dynamics

Each topic includes a survey course of 2 lectures or more to be read by the lead experts. Also there will be talks approved by the Scientific Сommittee.

The working languages of the Workshop are Russian and English. The bilingual presentation of talk is required: if the talk is prepared in Russian then it must also comprise an English slide presentation, and vice versa. The Organizing Committee would gladly help to present talks in Russian.

The Workshop will take place in the home of Omsk Branch of Sobolev Institute of Mathematics SB RAS, 13 Pevtsova street, 8^th floor and in Omsk Scientific Centre SB RAS, 15/1 Karl Marx Avenue, 2^nd floor. Talks are available from 9:00 to 3:00 with one 30 minutes break.
